Description
Dasuquin with MSM is a new breed of joint health supplement in a tasty chewable tablet for dogs that goes beyond standard glucosamine supplements. It contains avocado/soybean unsaponifiables, or ASU, fortified with green tea, combined with glucosamine hydrochloride, MSM and low molecular weight chondroitin sulfate. Allow 4-6 weeks initially to note a response, though some dogs may respond sooner. If desired, the number of tablets may then be reduced to a maintenance level. The maintenance level can also be used long-term in healthy dogs to help support their joints. An individual dog’s needs may vary. To provide extra support to the joints, dogs on a maintenance level can be increased to the initial level as needed e.g., on weekends or other times when they are more active to provide extra support to the joints.

My White Swiss Shepherd (27 inch tall at the withers and 80lbs )
got diagnosed with a severe arthritis and severe hip dysplasia when he was only 2.5 years old. He is 4 years old now iand needs a total hip replacement.
I started using this product about a year ago and after few months I noticed my dog doesn’t need to take any other drugs or pain killers except for gabapentin that he takes twice a day + a fish oil pill (for human consumption).
My dog can walk and run (even though the doctor says he should NOT run, but I just can’t stop him 😀 )
This product is a lifesaver.
My dog does NOT like it though and will not chew on it. So I either use a cheese grater and grate it and sprinkle on his food,
or I just cover it with a cream cheese. I do not use pill pockets for my dog’s medicine. I just use cream cheese and cover the meds and this dasuquin pill with cream cheese and that’s our daily routine. My dog’s fave treat is cream cheese 😀

My pit bull has gone through two TPLO surgeries on her back knees now. The first time we didn’t realize what was wrong and she had one complete tear and one partial. She had her first surgery on the complete tear. Because she had to overcompensate on the other leg, she ended up tearing the second on the day she was supposed to start rehab from the first. At $4000 per surgery I couldn’t swing the second for a year after the first. In the meantime the vet highly recommended this and its sister product Dermaquin to keep arthritis at bay as best as possible until the second surgery. She has now had her second surgery and is doing absolutely incredible. She had a 100% recovery to the point where you can’t even see the surgical area on an xray. I attribute this completely to the combination of Dasuquin and Dermaquin. Of course a little bit of arthritis did form but that was over the course of a year using a bad leg. She’s only 4 so she has a long life ahead of her and because of these supplements she will be able to live most of it pain free. If not for these, she would liekly have severe arthritis, for which there is no cure. Nutramax- you have a customer for life!
