We Dont Make our Dog Chews, Nature Does!

We partner with traditional cattle ranchers in the Patagonia region of Argentina. There, in the shadows of the Andes, the guachos raise cattle the old-fashioned way: wandering at will through the fields, grass-fed, completely free of hormone injections and genetic modification. That’s where Nature Gnaws come from.

The ranchers provide us with the bits of the cow people don’t like — and dogs love. (They keep back enough to share with their own pets, though — bright-eyed herding dogs who relax in front of the fire at their master’s feet every night.) Argentinian beef is high in Omega-3 fatty acids (essential lipids that help reduce inflammation) thanks to the cattle’s healthy, outdoor, natural lives.

We believe that nothing is too good for our dogs — especially if it’s healthy and nutritious. If you’re someone who buys your dog food based on whatever’s cheapest this week, who thinks of your dogs as tools, and who doesn’t have time to take your dogs to the vet when they get sick, Nature Gnaws isn’t for you.
